Questions from employers
When do learners get access?
As soon as the invoice is paid. Each learner gets an email to set their password, then 9 months of access, plus a free 3-month extension on request.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, that’s the usual way: the invoice is payable by bank transfer within 30 days (card on request). It shows your company details, VAT ID and PO number if you give them.
Do you add VAT?
No. The price shown is the total price; we don’t add taxes.
Can we change a learner?
Yes, once per seat before that learner’s access starts. Just email us the new name and address.
Can we see our learners’ progress?
With each learner’s agreement, we can send you a short progress summary. We don’t share their work or answers.
What if a learner doesn’t pass?
The pass-or-refund guarantee applies to each learner who completes the course as set out in our terms (section 9).
